Lapas, paving, artificial grass, exterior painting and rubble clearing — the outside of the property kept to the same standard as the inside.

We take on outdoor work as its own contract or as the closing phase of a build, which is often the sensible order — there is no point laying grass while a bakkie is still reversing over it.
For landlords and managing agents we also handle exteriors on a standing basis: painting cycles, gutter clearing, pressure washing and grounds tidying, quoted per visit so the cost is predictable.

Do you do landscaping on its own, or only after a build?
Either. Exterior work is often the sensible last phase of a build, but we are happy to take it on as a standalone contract.
How long does artificial grass last?
A good quality product on a properly prepared base lasts many years with almost no maintenance. The base is what determines the result — we excavate, compact and level before anything is laid, which is where cheap installations fail.
Can you maintain a property on a regular schedule?
Yes. For landlords and managing agents we quote per visit for painting cycles, gutter clearing, pressure washing and grounds tidying, so the cost is predictable across the year.
Do you remove the rubble?
Yes, and it is in the quoted price. Site clearing and rubble removal are part of the job, not an afterthought.
